These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Angiangi Secret Website.

1. General

1.1. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Angiangi Secret Accommodation located in Aitutaki (hereafter referred to as “the Accommodation”).

1.2. By making a reservation or staying at the Accommodation, guests agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1.3. The management reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.

2. Reservations and Payments

2.1. Reservations can be made online, via email, or by phone.

2.2. A deposit of 20% of the total booking amount is required to secure a reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.

2.3. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified at the time of booking.

2.4. Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

3.2. Cancellations made between 30 to 60 days before the arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

3.3. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

3.4. No refunds will be given for early departures or no-shows.

3.5. Travel insurance is recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances.

4. Check-in and Check-out

4.1. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out time is by 10:30 AM.

4.2. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

4.3. Guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.

5. Accommodation and Use

5.1. The Accommodation is intended for private, non-commercial use only.

5.2. The maximum occupancy for the Accommodation is specified at the time of booking and must not be exceeded.

5.3. Guests are responsible for keeping the Accommodation and its contents in good condition. Any damage or loss caused by guests will be charged to their account.

5.4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Accommodation.

5.5. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon at the time of booking.

6. Conduct and Behavior

6.1. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner respectful of other guests, staff, and property.

6.2. Any disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or illegal activities may result in immediate eviction without refund.

6.3. The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not complying with these Terms & Conditions.

7. Liability

7.1. The management is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests or their belongings during their stay.

7.2. Guests are advised to secure their valuables and take necessary precautions to ensure their safety.

7.3. Any personal items left behind will be held for a period of 30 days. After this period, unclaimed items will be disposed of.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. Guest information is collected for the purpose of processing reservations and providing services.

8.2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Accommodation’s privacy policy.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Cook Islands.

9.2. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Cook Islands.
